Tarot d'Eltynne is the modern version of Oracle de Belline, a classic French oracle deck from the 19th century based on a melange of Tarot de Marseilles and Etteila's first game. It is also know as Edmond's game, Edmond ( Jules Charles Ernest Billaudot) being the creator of Belline Oracle. Eltynne is a classic European cartomancy game similar in symbological perspective with other mundane pictorial oracles such as Lenormand or Zigeuner. There are 52 cards with real life scenes or concepts, and a final Blue Card, very similar to the Blank Rune (an additional unknown, surprise, fate element; the joker). The cards are connected to astrology and can be grouped around 7 main planets: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.

The first three cards contain the two significators, male and female, here named Man's Star and Woman's Star and the Key, the emblem of the deck, a symbol for Destiny.

Cards 4-10 can be grouped around the theme of life force, beginning, new influences, light, personal power
Cards 11-17 revolve around the themes of mysteries, transformation, change of course
Cards 18-24 mostly pertain to relationships, interactions, communication, exchanges
Cards 25-31 have as main theme emotions, love, feelings, family, reunions
Cards 32-38 the negative energy we need to release
Cards 39 - 45 revolve around the theme of success and social impact
Cards 46-52 generally speak of challenges and a heavier fate element
