The Astral Travel readings are no tools readings, or specifically inner tools readings, where I use only psychic channeling and access of the clairs I experience (clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, clairsentience, empathy, intuition) and remote viewing. The reading consists of a meditation and psychic channeling session which will lead to an astral travel of levels 3, 2 and even 1 (see description of these levels as I perceive them on my Psychic Readings page); I do not control how deep the level of astral travel happens, the levels are determined by the depth and extension of the trance level I experience; usually, during any kind of psychic readings, with tools or not,  I experience a certain degree of trance while doing the reading (which manifests as disconnection from the immediate environment, not hearing, feeling, seeing what happens around etc.) and the upper levels of astral travel are always associated with a deep meditation trance and full disconnection from the environment for me; but I don't control how far I go or what I see or feel during an astral travel reading; I usually see things, I am basically a seer, visualization comes first, I see images, either symbolic or under the form of a movie scene or scenes, and they happen because a part of me goes there, in time and space; but I also hear, feel, smell, taste etc, or feel like I instantly know things.

The second part of the reading, the audio or written file you will receive, is a description of the things I saw, heard, felt etc., my interpretation of them and the advice I receive.
